School is out, kids! And summer is a time to take that much-needed break. But if you’re feeling productive, it’s also a good time to learn new skills and make new friends while you’re at it!
Smart parents, listen up! We here at Circuit Makati invite your kids to partake in two amazing summer workshops this April 22 to April 26. Oh yes, the kids will truly enjoy this!
Dog Days At Spotlight workshops are done in partnership with Sipat Lawin, Inc.and will be held a the Power Mac Center Spotlight, Circuit Makati’s world-class blackbox theatre located at the second level of Circuit Lane.
There will be a Puppetry Workshop and a Creative Performance Workshop, both of which are designed to spark the imagination, social skills, and confidence of the kids.
The workshops are open for kids ages 9 to 15 years old with a class size of 20 students per workshop–which means, with the small class size, our seasoned instructors will be giving a focused and hands-on approach to the exercises.
Sipat Lawin Ensemble (SLE) is an edge-work contemporary independent performance company in Manila composed of theater-makers formally trained in the vocabulary of Drama/Theater. Sustaining an alternative art practice and laboratory in Manila, the Ensemble devises relevant new works and develops contemporary performance communities through workshops, residencies, and exchanges.
